1. GENERAL POLICY
FlikExpo operates as an investment platform connecting investors with business opportunities. Due to the nature of investments, refunds are generally not allowed once an investment is confirmed.
Users are advised to carefully review investment opportunities and conduct due diligence before making any financial commitments.
This policy applies to all services offered by FlikExpo, including investment transactions, platform fees, and subscription-based services (if applicable).
2. INVESTMENT REFUND POLICY
No Refunds on Successful Investments: Once an investment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless explicitly stated in the investment agreement.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only under extraordinary situations, such as:
- Regulatory restrictions or legal obligations preventing investment execution.
- Fraud or misrepresentation by the project owner, verified by FlikExpo.
- A project being delisted by FlikExpo due to non-compliance before fund disbursement.
Refund Process: If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Investor-Initiated Cancellations
Investors can request to cancel their investment only before the investment is finalized and funds are transferred to the business.
Once an investment is confirmed and processed, cancellations are not permitted.
B. Business Partner-Initiated Cancellations
If a business partner decides to cancel a listed project before receiving investor funds, all pending transactions related to that project will be refunded to the investors.
If a project is canceled after receiving investor funds, the business must adhere to the terms outlined in the investment agreement regarding fund returns.
C. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
FlikExpo reserves the right to cancel investment transactions in cases such as:
- Violation of platform policies or fraudulent activities.
- Regulatory or legal enforcement actions.
- Detection of suspicious or high-risk transactions.
4. SERVICE & SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
If FlikExpo offers premium services or subscriptions, the following policies apply:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Platform usage fees, listing fees, and transaction processing fees are generally non-refundable.
- Subscription Cancellations: Users may cancel subscriptions anytime, but refunds for partially used subscription periods will not be provided.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or have concerns regarding cancellations, you must contact FlikExpo support at [email protected] within 10 days of the transaction.
Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by FlikExpo are final and binding.
